The Seattle Times Goes Live with New Online Customer Engagement Portal

The Seattle Times has gone live with Subscriber Concierge, a comprehensive customer engagement and subscriber services portal. Developed by Marketing G2 (MG2), a leader in helping subscription-based companies develop and deploy effective customer relationship management solutions, Subscriber Concierge is an online tool that enables customers to manage all aspects of their subscription and allows newspapers to target promotions and communications based on customer variables.
