Los Angeles Newspaper Group Introduces e-Edition to Readers with Interactive Video Tutorial

The Los Angeles Newspaper Group (LANG) has contracted Marketing G2, a leader in helping subscription-based companies develop and deploy effective customer relationship management solutions, to develop an online video tutorial that introduces readers to its Electronic Edition. The two-and-a-half minute video will be available to subscribers of all eight LANG newspapers, reaching an estimated 1.3 million people.

LANG readers will have access to the informational tutorial through each individual newspapers' customer care website--portals that have been designed by Marketing G2 to allow customers to manage all aspects of their subscription and enable newspapers to target promotions and communications based on customer variables. In the video, a professional voice walks subscribers through the features and benefits of using the e-Edition.

Most recently a similar video was produced and launched on the Denver Post Customer Care website and will passed out in CD form at sales kiosk throughout the city.
